WI Case No. 2022CV00078

EXHIBIT E: According to “Girl 1” herself, the police report (and news reports which were based on the police report) did not reflect the actual version of events or her actual statements. If it had, the case could have been thrown out or acquitted at a trial.

EXHIBIT F: Contrary to the sensationalized public narrative at the time, no animosity, and no behavior against the will of another, which is the definition of sexual assault, ever existed or occurred.

EXHIBIT G: Justin took responsibility but never admitted guilt to any untrue, sensationalized criminal complaint (police report) narratives. He stayed silent when asked by the judge if they were true and had grounds to appeal because of this.

EXHIBIT H: Regarding a factually inaccurate social media photo situation (“harmful material”) that was falsely represented as criminally “harmful,” “Girl 3” herself said Justin did nothing to her and dismissed the police report’s narrative of events.

EXHIBIT I: Contrary to the sensationalized public narrative at the time, all interactions and conduct were mutual, and he took responsibility even before the case ever happened.

EXHIBIT J: Contrary to the sensationalized public narrative at the time, Justin was not at school with ill intent. He was friends with and well-liked amongst staff and students and was commended by the administration for doing a good job.
