According to “Girl 1” herself, the police report (and news reports which were based on the police report) did not reflect the actual version of events or her actual statements. If it had, the case could potentially have been thrown out or acquitted at a trial.

Contrary to the public narrative at the time, no animosity, and no behavior conducted against the will of another, which is the definition of sexual assault, ever occurred or existed.

Justin did not admit guilt regarding the facts established by the criminal complaint (police report). He instead remained silent when asked by the judge if they were true and, according to his appellate attorney, had grounds to appeal because of this.

Regarding a racy social media photo (“harmful material”) that was represented as supposedly having criminally “harmed” her, “Girl 3” herself said Justin did nothing to her and dismissed the police report’s narrative of events.
